One of the most innovative things about our most recent crane lorry is the fact that the body is interchangeable. This week Duncan is out with the crane off pulling beams up to Dungiven.
The changeover of the body is very fast with a few cables and pipes to disconnect and a couple of switches to flick and let the body down on its legs/stands. Two men would have the crane off and fifth wheel only piece changed in 20 minutes.
